Configuration and capacity
A black box, the MAI theatre has several possible configurations. With its normal configuration, the theatre has a capacity of 83 seated places. It is possible to make a configuration change, however, this results in additional costs to be determined.
Equipement
The rental of the theatre includes, depending on availability, the technical equipment mentioned on our technical rider. Any technical installation requires the presence of one (1) or more technician(s) at the rate mentioned below.

To know our theatre availability or to make an appointment for a room visit, please contact the person responsible for rentals at : [email protected]. If the theatre is available, a technical meeting with the MAI Technical Director will be planned to assess the needs of the tenant, which are necessary to determine the final rental costs.

Includes the use of the Café-Bar before, during and after the performance.

All requests are carefully studied according to the availability of our spaces and the technical requirements of the project.
